The Santa Cruz Orchid Society is a wonderful group of orchid enthusiasts who enjoy getting together to learn about orchids and their culture. Our mission is to increase the awareness, appreciation, enjoyment, conservation, and cultivation of orchids.

We meet on the first Friday of the month at 7:30 PM at the Live Oak Grange, 1900 17th Avenue, Santa Cruz, CA 95062.

Meetings include:

* A presentation or panel discussion by an expert(s) in one of the fields of orchid culture.
* Raffle table of orchids.
* A show & tell table of blooming plants brought in by members.
* Important announcements.
* Orchids for sale by members.
* Light refreshments.

Meetings are a terrific forum for new and experienced growers to share their love of orchids. The monthly meetings are the ideal place to ask all your orchid questions.
